Dustin brings more than 30 years of trades experience. He’s meticulous and especially skilled with trim work. Outside the job he enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Eli is new to the building trades but brings a valuable energy to our team. He’s a natural people person who enjoys meeting prospective clients and explaining how Redi-Fix can help. He works in the field with us daily and is learning quickly. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his new wife.

Jason makes sure our operations run smoothly and stays involved on every project. Off the clock you’ll find him on off-road trails, at the racetrack, or enjoying family time.

​Words fall short when I try to describe what Jim meant to me and the role he played in building this company. He joined our team in 2018 and will forever be a part of it. His dedication, daily commitment, and relentless pursuit of improvement distinguished him from everyone else. Jim passed away from cancer in January 2024. He was kind, humorous, hardworking, and a close friend. Redi-Fix honors his memory and is forever grateful for his contributions.
